In their early days, the Thieves Guild faced opposition from a rival criminal faction of Dunmer from Morrowind known as the Cammona Tong. Though they work in the shadows, they can be found with their fingers in pockets and coin purses of everyone who's anyone worth stealing from. Smugglers, burglars, bookies, pickpockets and fences who deal in sale of stolen goods are just some of the types who operate within the guild.
Much like the other factions in Tamriel, the Thieves Guild is comprised of professionals.
